On this website, you will find lots of models with different building / construction difficulty levels.
The difficulty level depends on the number of pieces, shapes, final model size, etc.
You'll find on each model tittle a number from 1 to 5, that's the difficulty level (1 = easy, 5 = very difficult). I rarely speak about exact working time, because you should take your time if you want your model to be well done. If you make a mistake on the assembly, you can print a new draw and do it again !
- level 1: the easiest models ! Characters or simple vehicles / vessels. Working time between 5 to 30 minutes.
- level 2: medium size models (about 15 cm). Working time between 30 minutes to 1h30 for some vehicles. These models often include some pieces of cardboard.
- level 4: medium-size elaborated models. Those models are more difficult to build because it will be necessary to create cardboard reinforcements in the model. Level 4 also corresponds to models with articulated elements (articulated legs, wings ...) The working time will be of 2 hours minimum.
- level 5: corresponds to large-sized vessels. There are not necessarily plans (draws) of every construction piece, just some 3 views draws. Models of level 5 sometimes requires to work with other materials such as wood, balsa wood... The working time will be of 5 hours minimum till 10 hours
